We’re excited to have you join the Cheonwon Temple Cheonil Sanctum Entrance Events! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we’ve put together some essential guidelines to help you prepare for the event.

Before departure checklist
- Is your passport still valid?
- Do you need K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)?

1. ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at the immigration counters or still on the airplane, you will need to fill out an arrival card. You can use this address in Korea: 325-275 Misari-ro, Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyongi-do 12461
Meeting Point at Incheon Airport:
Terminal 1, Arrival Hall, Exit 14 area
Those arriving at Terminal 2, please take the shuttle bus to Terminal 1


Arrival April 8 and 9
No airport pick-up on April 8 and 9, no accommodation in Oak Valley. Please stay the extra night(s) at a hotel near the airport (recommended: Golden Tulip Incheon Airport, booking and payment is your own responsibility) and return to the airport meeting point T1, exit 14. on April 10, by 10 am,
Arrival April 10
Our EUME staff will greet you at the meeting point and assist you with transportation to your accommodation.
Shuttle buses to Oak Valley Resort (Valley Village and Hills Village) will start every hour, starting at 10:00 until 22:00, and one additional late bus at 00:30. The buses stop at both locations, Oak Valley - Valley Village and Oak Valley - Hills Village)
On April 10, there will be one shuttle bus from Cheongpyeong Training Center Calligraphy Stone to Oak Valley Resort departing at 13:30.
Arrival April 11
Bus shuttle to Oak Valley Resort at 13:00, 17:00 and 21:00 from Terminal 1, exit 14.

Airport pick-up for all the above mentioned leaders will be provided on April 9 and 10.

(Blessing candidates and their families will have their own programme in Hills Village. Therefore buses to Cheongpyeong will only be provided from Valley Village.)
Pilgrimage Tours on April 11 to DMZ and Seoul had to be cancelled due to the complexity of the schedule and preparations for April 12 and 13. We are very sorry. Refund possible. Tours to Seoul and DMZ will take place on April 15 and 16 - see schedule for April 15 and 16.

Cheon Bo Note:
The International Office of the Main Training Center would like to inform you that it brought some confusion the year prior when members who had registered through the EUME group registration came to the Training Center to register for additional liberation or blessings. To avoid creating confusion, you can either register everything through our EUME group registration or directly in person in Korea, not both.
The registration fee for anyone physically attending the Special Great Works at the Main Training Center is 25 euros, regardless of the country's league table.

Guidelines for Participants in the 65th Holy Wedding Anniversary of True Parents and the Holy Blessing CeremonyPlease enter the venue by 08:00

Note: The event is expected to last up to 10 hours, including waiting time and the afternoon event. Therefore, elderly individuals or those with mobility issues should consider their health conditions before attending. Also, attendees participating outdoors should exercise caution regarding their health.

Entrance Ceremony
All our EUME participants older than 26 will have a designated seat inside CWG or on the plazas A/B/C outside during the CWG Entrance Ceremony. You will be notified about your seating area through email.
Because of the limited space, those younger than 26 and parents with children will join the ceremony at the Peace World Center.

Guidelines for Participants in the Victory CelebrationPlease enter the venue by 14:00.Venue: Cheongshim Peace World Center and online live streaming worldwideMain Program“The Song of Han” Musical(A special performance inspired by “The Epic History of the Chosen Han People of Korea”)On-site ParticipantsParticipants attending the Entrance Ceremony at the Cheongshim Peace World Center will participate in the Victory Celebration in the same venue. (Those seated on the 2nd and 3rd floors will maintain their same seats, while others will relocate to a different area.)Participants who attend the Entrance Ceremony in the Cheonil Sanctum and inside the Cheon Won Gung will move to the Cheongshim Peace World Center to participate in the Victory Celebration.Among those who will attend the Entrance Ceremony in the outer areas of Cheon Won Gung, WCLC participants and 30-year public leaders will move to the Cheongshim Peace World Center to participate in the Victory Celebration.Other participants will attend the Victory Celebration in locations such as the Cheon Won Gung Plaza, through live streaming.Participant Pass (Sticker)The participant pass for the Victory Celebration is identical to the pass for the Entrance Ceremony. April 14
Pilgrimage tours on April 14 to Seoul and DMZ had to be cancelled due to the complexity of the schedule. On April 14, the pilgrimage tour to HJ Cheonwon Complex and Cheonwon Gung will take place. Buses will go from Oak Valley Resort to Cheongpyeong and there we can take the shuttle buses every 15 min from “Heaven G Burger” to Cheon Won Gung. And have also time to visit the different places of the HJ Cheonwon complex (Botanical Garden, HJ Marina, Heaven and Earth Training Center, Magnolia Family Center with Aqua Café ...)

We are very sorry, but we had to adjust the schedule and plan for our pilgrimage tours.
Now, on
April 15 there will be a pilgrimage tour to Seoul (Old Headquarters Church, Hannamdong, and Namsan Park or Namdaemun Market)
On April 16, there will be a pilgrimage tour to the DMZ and Sodaemun Prison Museum.
Pilgrimage tours to the HJ Cheonwon complex and Cheon Won Gung are also possible on April 15 and 16 for all who are NOT accommodated at Oak Valley Resort.
